My finance plan for the future is below.
I plan to buy own home within one years time. I will buy 3 bedroom house in medium suburb Glendene in Waitakere City Auckland.
I will get my girlfriend and two other flatmates to move in to pay rent with me.
I will do up own home while I live there and use rent payment to pay down debts to get to 20% net worth in property.
I will buy next investment property a few years time after that and get families in to pay rent and do up property as well.
Then I keep doing this until I have good passive income coming in from property.
Then I use my passive income to value invest in shares.
Does this sound like a good plan buying my own home first. My bank likes it more if it is my own home compared to rental house.
