I have to disagree here; DON'T provide the vendor with anything. The last thing you want is to give them any ammunition to argue about whether you have made a genuine attempt to satisfy the finance condition.
Simply politely inform the vendor that the finance condition has not been satisfied and that accordingly the agreement is at an end.
This supposes that you are talking about a standard ADLS/REINZ agreement for sale and purchase of real estate finance condition, and not something specially worded in the further terms that perhaps requires you to front up with evidence that you have been unable to obtain finance.
