Default South Auckland Meeting on the 23rd

    Good afternoon all

In light of recent events, we have arranged for Levani Lum-On to speak on the South Auckland Housing Market on the 23rd of March.

The meeting has been changed to 294 Massey Road, Managere with arrival time set at 7pm.

Levani is a respected real estate agent who specialises in the South Auckland market. He will give a coalface view on market trends and what vendors/buyers in the area can expect in the coming months.

We strongly recommend all South Auckland based members to attend and refer all to http://www.apia.org.nz/events?eventi...d-dc368a4df96b for amended event details.

    Thank you.

Bankruptcy is likely for one-time Auckland property king Don Ha, says a liquidators' report.

Liquidators of Ha's 21st Century Real Estate are demanding that $2.8 million.....

....... Kiwibank, which is owed $7.06m by the wider Ha group.....

The liquidators said attempts to realise an inter-company advance were stymied after Ha, as shareholder, placed the other company into liquidation.
