Found the right tenant, got the references, are you really sure?

How to recover rent arrears efficiently?

We are pleased to feature Grace Haden of Verisure Investigations Limited as the first speaker for 2011.

Grace is a Licensed Private investigator who used to be a police prosecutor. Through her many years of experience, Grace has a wealth of knowledge relating to relevant and effective tenant screening, other tenancy/property/general business investigation and recovery of rent arrears/other debt collection.

A tenant who does a bunk can leave you with debt, damage and stress, the chances are those who are that way inclined have done it in the past. The worst offenders appear very innocent and make you feel sure and secure about the decision to take them on as your new tenant.
Pick up some tips from Grace on how to deal with errant tenants and more importantly, how to avoid them in the first place.

I agree that some tenants can really be nasty. they leave your premise damaging the fixtures and fittings and some also leave without paying the rent! for investors, these adds up to their cost along with a state of worries and stress. better be more careful while choosing tenants to be on the safe side.
