I see a few houses on TradeMe described as "Walker Henry". Who is Walker Henry? Are their housing designs solid?

Walker and Henry were a young design and build team with flair, who built multi unit 2 storey houses in Auckand. Went to their home once, they had a wild piglet as a pet.
They often built 5 or 10 units on right of way sections in Mt Eden, Mt Albert, Sandringham. Usually 2 units with common wall, one side mirror design of the other. There are probably a couple of hundred units around, most were painted white vertical fibrolite type cladding with dark blue or grey trim. All were similar and readily flagged as Walker Henry,
They built down to the price of State Advances loans at the time. Construction and design was unusual at the time. Bit different, bit of style on a budget, some had the bedrooms downstairs living upstairs, very compact bathrooms. Most people were amazed they could get five on a section.
Bought mine around 1973 for approx $27,000.
Great first home, wish I still had it as a rental.
To the best of my knowledge this one listed below is NOT a Walker Henry design.
Can anybody confirm?
I remember them going up, seem to recall a ChCh based architect involved

here's a bit nicer example of the one posted http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=339440590 has very similar door 'awnings' and look very similar.
HermanZ, do most/all WH housing developments have unit title with body corporate levies? or are some a cross-lease setup that you know of.

That can be a problem if one or two owners won't or can't afford to do maintenance.
