I currently have a property under contract in Vegas. I have used a few locals in the past with mixed results. After investor friendly folk so after an exhaustive search on this forum I have compiled this list:-

Valuer:- Paul Smith of Property Solutions BOP

Property Managers:- Jennie E of Century 21, Rosanne Steven's from Eve's

Building Inspection:- Kerry Murphy of InspectNZ

Can anyone provide any current feedback on the above people? Or perhaps know of someone worth their weight in gold I should know about?

Ahhh...personal opinions was exactly what I'm looking for. Think you may have missed that in my post. Some post's were up to 5 years old hence looking for current info. Thank's for your input though.
