Can someone please recommend an excellent property manager in Rotorua?

Not her own address but is one she is currently using . Looked after my 6 properties for 6 years and does a good job. Was running C21 until a couple of months ago. Started it up from closed, got side lined by the bosses son so moved on.( foolish people). Straight up and knows who she works for. i.e. not the tenants.
