Facebook has taken a very disturbing path of suing an affiliate network called MaxBounty. Now whats disturbing is not the affilate being sued but what they are being sued for which is using Facebook to send commercial email to Facebook members.

Facebook’s complaint is asking the courts to extend the law in ways that have never been done before. What is important to most businesses is Facebook’s attempt to apply CAN-SPAM to Facebook members.

I know plenty of Internet Marketers who use more than one personal profile. One guy has one for him and one full of business contacts etc. I have said you might want to delete it because if you get caught it's all over red rover!
