We need to replace our hot water cylinder and are upgrading our kitchen & bathrooms. We're thinking of converting from our current unequal low pressure system to mains pressure.
Does anyone know what this involves? From what I can tell it involves a hot water cylinder rated for mains pressure and taps suitable for mains or all pressure. Is there anything else? What about the internal plumbing pipes? Do they need to be rated for mains pressure or are they already suitable for that? We recently had the entire internal pvc pipes replaced to a higher quality type than the 25-year old original pipework.
Many thanks for any input!
