If you put an offer in on a property and were told verbally by the vendor they had a Registered Valuation for $440k..... and then also told by the vendors solicitor as well that the valuation was $440k.... and then you received the valuation and it said $400k would you be cheeky and ask for a price reduction? is this an option?
