Hi Everyone,

I know there is a very diverse mixture of property enthusiasts and investors on this forum.

I am going to upload a property management tip each week regarding different aspects of the law to good to know general knowledge.

Feel free to post your comments. I will call the new thread each time

Property Management Tip #1 - Rent arrears
Property Management Tip #2 - Abandoned property
etc

Is there an easier way to keep this in one thread? Reason I ask is if it is kept in one thread, the tips and general comments will get mixed up in and between each other, that was why I was going to make it a separate thread each time?

Please provide feedback regarding the best way, and I will start from next week.

Thanks One for the feedback. Anybody else have any ideas?? The management tips and advice will be available for debate. It will also give people a chance to give their own views and experience and what they did.

I too feel a separate thread would be ideal - however I will head it in the same way, for example:

Property Management tip #1 - Rent arrear policies

Property Management tip #2 - Property rental increases

etc

Does anyone else have any opinions of what forum in PT Property Management tips would be suited. Not all property management tips are related to Tenants so this may not be ideal?
