Anyone signed up for one of the sections up there and know what is happening? I have signed up but not so sure about it now.

How many sections on the subdivision? What is the purchase price? How many sold so far? What attracted you to these sections?

Which one are you talking about? There's a few different commercial developments that all seem to be very empty and several residential subdivisions. You can find me at: Energise Web Design

Yes, it is Northgate. The proposed rail and opportunity to get in on heavy industry sold me. Guess I brought the story at the peak of the market. Cannot imagine what I can do with it now as you say its in the middle of nowhere, there are lots of bare sections and not much happening. Not my smartest hour.

From what I hear, there are other proposed commercial developments still going ahead despite the downturn. Perhaps they know something that we don't.You can find me at: Energise Web Design

I pass the Northgate subdivision everyday. The subdivision is obviously staged as the some of the titles appear to have been sold.
By chance I played around of golf with Rodney Dickens an ex ASB economists and the current authour of Rodney's Ravings. At that time he advised that the coastal market would collapse as most purchasers were speculators.
The best advice I had ever received.
