Looking for Advice

Hello everyone, this is my first post here, so please bear with me on this one. I am trying to help a friend in Romania with a hotel that they need to sell.

I am not a real estate person, only look to try to help them spread the word that his hotel is available and price makes it well worth looking at for someone interested in investing in this type of business.

is your friend romanian? or aussie or kiwi?

it may be easier to go with a real estate agent to sell it... they will have the connections and resources to sell it faster and for a good price
