In this uncertain economic climate with the impending tax changes, it is the time to strategise yourself for maximum return on your investment portfolio. To that end APIA has structured a series of informative meetings for property investors with the common theme of maximising returns on your properties. We strongly encourage you to attend these meetings in order to protect your hard earned money:

    Central Auckland

Want to find out where the market is heading and what the banks are watching out for?
What are the current issues facing borrowers and where are the interest rates heading?

Mike Simpson, senior dealer of the ANZ Global Market, will share with the Central Auckland group his personal forecast of the economy. Having 17 years experience in FX and interest rate sales and 6 years funding experience with the Air New Zealand Treasury prior, Mike has a wealth of knowledge on the banking and financial market. You will find out from Mike what indicators to watch out for, where the New Zealand economy and its housing markets are heading and have your questions answered by a true expert.

An important meeting for all discerning property investors. Register to attend now!

Mike has requested that his meeting be strictly off the record. Respectfully we ask that all recording devices be turned off during the meeting and members of the media to refrain from quoting Mike's presentation without explicit permission.

    East Auckland

Tomorrow Wednesday 24th February 7pm arrival for 7.30 start
Howick Croquet Club, Millhouse Reserve, Millhouse Drive, Howick
$5 cash for members and $15 cash for non members
    Email [email protected] for registration

Are your tenants paying on time every time?
Are your rental properties being well looked after?
Is your property manager adding value to your investments?
Why not save money and do it all yourself?

The February East Auckland meeting will feature Wayne Evans of Residential Property Management. Wayne will draw on his experiences and share with the East Auckland group how to be a hands-on landlord in order to keep good tenants and improve bottom line. Through good and practicable management, your investment properties and tenants will become your most valueable assets.

Wayne is a successful property investor turned residential property manager. Initially, he managed his own properties after experiencing bad property management. Last year, Wayne purchased a francise property management business with 25 properties and built it up to the current level of 57 properties managed within 11 months. Wayne will draw from his stellar experience in property management and help you to become a more professional landlord.

This is a fantastic opportunity to talk to an experienced and hands-on landlord/property manager. We strongly recommend you to attend.
