A couple of questions.

Has anybody had any experience with unit titling? for example, a block of 4 flats under 1 title, unit titling each one to increase value. Is this possible?, what would be the cost and is it effective in increasing value, ie selling each one off?

I would like to explore the possibility of subdividing a section in Glenfield, has anybody done this in Glenfield? I would love to chat to someone about it, lunch on me.
