Oh dear Wairoa is in the gun again.
Gang bash and then another killing. The second for this year. I think by their behaviour they are trying to self destruct.
Or is it they are fighting for drug control of the region.
Anyway, Wairoa is certainly attracting a lot of negative publicity
Tha area is also under an Education Review where about 23 schools will be cut down to about 12.
The review will be undertaken in 2004 with effect from 2005.
Govt is trying to tell us that bigger is beautiful.
At least 1000 schools will be under review during the next decade with at least 300 disappearing.
