    So what is wrong with dealing with the National Australia Bank little brother. I can just about recall having a mortgage with them over 15 years ago.
    I was a bit interested to hear that having lots of BNZ business gave her access to first class seats when travelling.
    Having recently done a bit of travelling the thoughts did pass through my mind about getting similar goodies from my bank.
    My credit card give aways did not match the BNZ.

    Glenn, I have started another thread on why to spread lending out with a mutiple of banks. Liz harris just seems to stick with one bank (BNZ).

    I like the multi unit properties but not a fan of lodges, single room short term accomodation.

    I don't know if it has already been mentioned. but Liz is going to be speaking at the Auckland Property Investors' Association meeting on Tuesday 9 November.

    As I think we all know, she has an amazing story to tell and I'm looking forward to hearing it again.
