I have an open day this Saturday, looking for new tenants.
Can I put on my Tenant Application Form
( Do you have criminal convictions )
Any other tips for the application form would be great.

      Do you smoke? Y - N

If the tenant dies without a will, the tenancy ends.

If the tenant dies with a will, the tenancy continues and the executors become your tenants and normal termination conditions apply.

Very interesting information Keys. I didn't know that one.
Have you, or any other experts used this in an application form

Might sound like a long shot, but just for the record, it does happen. I had a tenant that died of a heart attack in my property.

But there were two other tenants there at the time and they were special needs tenant through the government, so the rent still got paid.
