My current position, I am 21 years of age working full time on a salary of 58k and highly motivated to enter the PI area however I only have 15k deposit.
Family have various house's to use as security but I am finding it rather hard to get finance. I have been looking into the option of (LAQC) to try and cut costs down on my personal tax however the banks and so forth do not seem to take this into account when approving loans. Any Ideas to overcome this setback?
I have been researching small areas in auckland trying to become familiar with area and propertys to enhance my chances of finding houses with good equity in them from the purchase as I do not have any of my own. Is This a good Approach and am I heading in the right direction? Cherz Mu
