Tenant Warning (NZ)

Just had a warning from a long and well experienced landlord and member of NPIA.
This morning we just got the tribunal to get the tenants out with 4 hours notice (YES it WAS bad!!) the tenants rolled in one hour late, just as the order was coming out of the printer, they had sleep in, poor "boys".
Their last word to us was "we will take you to the cleaners. my brother is a lawyer in Wellington. The adjudicator told them they had till 2 pm to appeal so wish she hadn't said that, our flat could be trashed over the w/end.
Beware: RORY DILLON and Christopher Miller. the latter was the tenant we evicted and is being led by Rory, a nice guy to face but he is a sociopath!!! (has hundreds of friends who either live with him or drop in ALL day). We got Rory out of the one flat and then he went to live with Chris!!!

Sociopath - One who is affected with a personality disorder marked by antisocial behaviour.

Psychopath - A person with an antisocial personality disorder, manifested in aggressive, perverted, criminal, or amoral behaviour without empathy or remorse.

btw, did you know it was an offence to impersonate a police-officer?

He could be Sting from "The Police" (kinda hard to tell with that Batman suit on though).
