Thank you monid, I fully understood steves post, I am new to posting in this site, but I have had it tagged in my favourites for quite some time for non logged in reading. I was fully impressed by this sites rules, and know of an other site that needs the same set and real experienced moderators too. I am fully impressed.

I agree with #11 the basic fundermentals of property investment to survive all economic situations do not change if you have a long term outlook in property investment
