Hi Pierre

Evening will be starting around 6:30pm with Dinner at 7:00pm. $20 for Dinner and Nigel will start speaking from 8:00 (maybe a bit earlier). He will present to us for an hour or so and then take Questions. This way he may well answer most questions anyway or just bring forward even more questions you may have i would suggest. (this is tentative at the moment, will supply full details closer to the time)

The presentation covers all things property. The talk is to hopefully answer all the questions you may well have. It will not be specifically on tax and accounting, but will include some of the things Nigel does with his developing. Straightforward and honest advice. Then he will answer questions afterwards if you have any more, which i am sure you will.

It is also for both novices and experienced people too. See ya there.
