Rural property, and industrial property - info?

Hi all,

As we all know, there's a lot on PT about residential and commercial property. However, I would also like to find out more about arrangements for rural property (ie, farmland) and industrial property. Does anyone have an info or sources of ideas on these things, with regards to investing in them?

I have done some searching online, but turned up very few details so far.
