A new survey from Colliers international shows confidence in all commercial property sectors has plunged to its lowest level since surveys began.
It is Colliers’ thirteenth quarterly survey covering Auckland, and the survey has been extended to include Wellington and Christchurch since the final quarter of 2008.
The survey asks investors and other market participants whether they think market conditions will improve for property investors in the next twelve months in three main sectors – office, industrial and retail.
Auckland confidence is lowest across all sectors, particularly in the Auckland office sector.
