I've gotta 2bdrm plus sunroom rental ,Carpets and drapes are shoddy. Gravel driveway and dirt floor in the garage and no garage door ,Kitchen and bathrm are on the lower side of average.It attracts lowlifes.
Thinking about ending the tennancy and taking a holiday to do it up.
Not sure what to expect- it can be easy to get over optimistic. I'm hoping to increase the quality of tennants as well as add value.
I'm thinkinking about changing the internal wall structure to make it an official 3bdrm -also carpets and drapes. My motto is as much as necessary but as little as possible.
Do you guys have any stories of valuations b4 and after making improvements?
