Free Property/ Financial Advice

We are in Auckland (North Shore) and are in the early stages of property investment.

We understand that some accountants/ lawyers/ property/financial advisors offer a free one hour consultation. We have some questions regarding equity, LAQC, taxes.

Any recommendations?

What are your questions every topic has been discussed here?

I agree, ask questions here to gain background knowledge, then find an accountant/ lawyer/ property/financial advisor who can verify that they are active in property investment e.g. currently have a few investment properties now or have had over 2 at any one time in the past.
Paying for a hour with Olly Newland (OllyN) and another with Matt Gilligan would be priceless.
