I was quite amused when I received this invitation card from Bayleys. I have not even bought a thing from them and yet they are treating me like a VIP. This must be a very different time!

Shows that they are looking for potential buyers everywhere they can.
Quite effective marketing really- you obviously felt special in receiving it (VIP ref).
They are building up the rapport & trust for the future, when hopefully one day you will be in buying mode.

I'm in buying mode. It's just that they don't have properties wth very attractive prices to excite me.

so what is it you are looking for at present & why do you think that type of property is a good buy now (assuming you see one priced right )?
