Come hear our guest speaker: Greg Frettelli who owns Insurance and Lending Group in Albany. Greg will talk about the different types of insurance available to landlords , which policies you should use and why. How to make a claim successfully and what you need to do as a landlord to ensure you have adequate cover in place and how to work out what excess suits your investments.
Following after Greg will be a representative from the Takapuna police who will talk in depth about P Labs , how to recognize the signs, actions you can take and any other drug related questions you may have in regard to being a landlord.
