Hello All,

On the 8th of October we have Kerry Christian aka How2 coming down to Chch and wanting to meet up for dinner and a chat. All welcome as per normal. It will be a great night and a chance to catch up with someone who has been really successful in what he has achieved.

Kerry actively promotes the need for a cash flow positive property portfolios and is willing to talk to us on some of the successes and failings that see him where he is today.

Kerry Christian has been involved in various areas of the property development industry including large scale earthmoving, landscaping, building.
Combined with this industry experience & his passion for helping people, Kerry has designed a property project management building system that allows even the newest property investor to participant in property development throughout New Zealand.
Kerry has been through a number of property cycles & is himself an active property investor.
