My wife is very involved with the NZ Art Guild and each year they do a large collaborative project which is one large artwork made up of lots of individual pieces.
This year it is called 'Reach Out' and is currently listed on Trade Me and will finish at 8pm tonight. The guild are working in association with the Mental Health Foundation and some of the proceeds from the auction will be going to the Mental Health Foundation.
It's an awesome artwork with some really good artists involved. It is large, about 1.3 x 1.5m and would be an alternative investment and great charity to support.
