    Learn how valuation experts, Sulanja Kottege and Glenda Whitehead, interpret the value of apartments, what they look for when valuing, and what their thoughts are on future apartment values.

    Sulanja has primarily been involved with the valuation of residential property. He has a strong interest in the Auckland CBD apartment market and has a wide range of experience in valuing many types of apartments in town including various leasehold apartments in quay park and Viaduct harbour. When Sulanja is not in that locality, he works in Auckland and Manukau Cities predominantly valuing residential properties.

    Sulanja has just sat his registration exam and awaiting his results. He graduated in 2004 from University of Auckland, having completed a bachelor of commerce and bachelor of property conjoint degree. He is a full member of New Zealand Property Institute and has been valuing in Auckland since 2004.


    Glenda is the Northern Regional Manager of QV Valuations and sees to the smooth running of the office, together with valuing a wide range of residential property predominantly within Auckland City boundaries. Glenda is a registered valuer and an associate member of New Zealand Institute of Valuers. She has been valuing in Auckland since 1993. She holds a masters degree and a bachelor of commerce degree from Lincoln University.
