Michael Milham, from Inland Revenue Department will inform members on how to ensure they are compliant with current tax laws related to property transactions and will cover the current initiatives from IRD to review property sales between 2002-2005 for any unpaid taxes. An update on the proposed ring fencing of property related losses and other government levels issues will also take place. A question and answer session will follow, prior to supper for members to network with fellow investors.
