Just wonding if there is a set timeframe that's legally required between a contact being signed and it going un-conditional?
Is it called a cool down period or something like that?
I've just been looking at some sites that offer property contracts for sale, and notice there's no mention of how long until it's considered unconditional.
Also noticed there's no written date on the contract - not sure if it has been removed for display or whether the transmission date auto-inserted by the fax legally becomes the contract date?
