Hello!
This thread is to invite all those involved with their local Property Investors Association to promote and share information regarding up and coming meetings eg guest speakers, venue, start time, etc.
The following is a quick snip from the NZPIF website explaining what the federation is about.
The associations are run by volunteers that have a passion for property and enjoy sharing information freely (much like us PT Members ). So I urge those that have not yet attended their local areas meetings to take advantage of what can be a great learning opportunity.
You may even like to let association members know about us.
Kind regards,
Marcus.

The following is a quick snip from the NZPIF website explaining what the federation is about.
New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation, (NZPIF) is the umbrella body for 15 local Property Investor Associations throughout New Zealand.
Each Association is an independent autonomous body in its own right. Their purpose is to enable property investors to network together and become more professional and therefore more successful in their property investments.
NZPIF maintains a political lobbyist in Wellington, as residential rental properties are governed by the Residential Tenancies Act, 1986 and cannot be contracted out of. In negotiations with Government, as a New Zealand body, we have more influence than a single local Association would have.
