Veda credit check 3hr training sessions

Has anybody here been to the training sessions offered by Veda Advantage to new users? I know there are hazards to be aware of, like entering details VERY carefully and not hitting the back button in the wrong place, but is it really necessary to take 3hrs out of a day to go through it with them?

What do people think - if anybody's done it was it worthwhile? I'm thinking bad as call centres may be, they might be a better use of my time in this case...

Seems like a waste of 3 hours to me i use tinz for credit checks being self taught and all its really quite easy. I suppose the biggest point to learn is to get the prospective tenant to agree in writing that you can run a credit check. For this tho you can print off a handy application form from tinz.
