Has anybody here been to the training sessions offered by Veda Advantage to new users? I know there are hazards to be aware of, like entering details VERY carefully and not hitting the back button in the wrong place, but is it really necessary to take 3hrs out of a day to go through it with them?
What do people think - if anybody's done it was it worthwhile? I'm thinking bad as call centres may be, they might be a better use of my time in this case...
