APIA Western Group
This is your opportunity to hear New Zealands most experienced Tenancy Law & Tenancy Management practicioner, Scotney Williams.
Scotney is one of the few people in the country with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 1996 and the Residential Tenancies Rules and Regulations. He is currently consulted as an advisor on Tenancy and Property Management issues to many of the countries largest real estate businesses. Most APIA members would know of Scotney through the regular column ('Tenancy Management') he writes for the New Zealand Property Investor Magazine.
At this meeting, Scotney will be discussing the 22 most important areas you should focus on to improve your property investing business. This presentation will also examine the important features you will need for a specific landlord insurance. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers so make use of this opportunity to have all your tenant management, mediation/tribunal, RTA or property investment queries answered.
