    You gotta Laugh!!! Listen to the year/percentages sentences.

    ......and the end sentence,..."..this is Phil Jones...blah,blah..."(insert voice)

    What a joke! Why didn't he just record it himself??

    that's the first time I've ever listened to this file,completely loses it's meaning and is quite difficult to follow.I had to go onto their site and read the blog to understand what it was all about.As you say I wonder why Phil doesn't record it himself.

    That's interesting technology. Obviously not yet usable though. Is RM trialling this on their blogs or is it a new revolutionary NZ 1st enabling property investors to leverage their time?

    Speech software like this has been around for a long time.
    Difficult to get sounding OK however. Sometimes users need to spell words incorrectly to make the pronunciation correct. Or add several extra full stops etc to break up the sentences.
