    Best to start a new thread on a Meet in Taranaki - there are Pters everywhere so I'd be surprised if we didn't a few in your area. (We'll stick your thread once you have started it).

        Badges -

        The local operator can not provide so we have a choice of 4 suppliers - average cost is $7 per badge with set up costs of $50.

        There isn't anywhere that provides an area on the badge for a personalised name that can be removed etc so we can get a few created with some names of regulars and the Organisers and the rest with PropertyTalk.com and the Sponsors details?

          Alhough a good idea is the badge thing really a viable option. some people may lose them or forget to bring it.

          What about a printed roll of PT name badge stickers. Organiser can bring to each event and people write name on. They can have Pt info and a sponser on if needed.

              There does not need to be. You just need a badge with PT logo etc and a blank area.

              People write name on with a thin whiteboard marker in a space on it. At end of event the name gets rubbed off.

              You may be able to write on with a semi permanant marker also and rub off with Alcohol. Not sure.

              Table flag good idea.

                Okay I like that better - let's go for a roll of stickies for each region - and the sponsor's details, Ptcom and the person can be present.....great idea Whitt .

                Plus we get a table flag that can also have the sponsor's details on it.

                Phew - okay let me jump on this and get costs.....Glenn as you are our first sponsor for the Nelson region are you happy with this solution?
