We have all read the media frenzy about housing affordability for first home buyers. I think many of us know that, with some good money management skills and sweat labor, it is still very possible to get into the property market.
I was wondering whether fellow formunites have some creative, or just normal, stories of how they got into their first home/investment recently?
Also do you think it is still a good idea for home ownership? The market has flattened out. But personally I dont think it is gonna be any easier to get into your first home soon so I dont see a reason to delay the move. But wondering what some other think?
