    I don't think what you offering is that much of an attractive investment do to:

    Instant Equity of 15k +
    based on what? and its not a lot.

    12 month Rental Guarantees at an 8% yield
    Rent guaranty is danger and why only 12 month??? there is no Fix lease in place?

    3-5 Year Lease Periods
    That's not attractive especially for overseas investors, it is to short.

    I'm Currently in the UK and seen some great buying opportunities (cant help looking as a dedicated investor)

    Some offer 20 years lease commercial properties with good tenants, some are at a fordable prices bellow 400k GBP.

    Yields are between 7% - 8.5% while mortgage rates at all time low of sub 4%.

    That's a pretty good yield gap. Borrowing at 4% and buying at 7 to 8.5%. How many are you buying Orkibi?

    Hi Davo,

    I'm not Buying in the UK at the moment, Just looking at this stage and networking.

    if one borrow at say 70+ LVR then 5 year rates is around 6.65% - which is good as well.

    We are currently on The Isle Of Man where property prices in general higher then the UK, And stronger. (no price decreases in the last 2 years, just flat at the moment)

    I have read your topic its really nice and have full of features which one need for their house and all the facilities are also available so no one should have to late any more to buy to get benefit form these offers.So pick up the phone and Dialed number to them.
