I have been approached by someone who wants to work out a deal whereby I buy the house and he can build a new one on the back of the section beginnning next year. The house is a do up which is fine. My question to you experienced investors out there is what do you think is the best way to structure this so I can get a good deal.
He has asked me for suggestions.
I am set up for trading but at this stage I am not sure if I would hold the house or flick it.
