Also please can you discontinue with the self patting on the back, re: titles after your name, it shows signs of a poor self esteem.

    Congratulations Barry. Our independant spokeperson.

    Welcome back Andrew also.

The continued rapid growth of APIA means there is still some great times ahead.

May the next 12 months be a good one.

Not surprising, lets hope his portfolio isn't based there. Is that Deputy Mayor or staff clerk..

Tokoroa the centre of the North Island.

Population set to expand over the next few years as about 25,000 hectares of trees are due to be chopped out and turned into high productive grass growing in the immediate area.
That will equate to about 60,000 cows plus one hell of a lot of milk.

A million dollar building is being built beside State Highway One at the moment. Due for occupation in October.
    More are planned.

Once the Taupo truck bi-pass goes in many prospects will abound in Tokoroa.

Teachers get paid at the same rate teachers do in the big cities.

They live in nice houses that cost only a fraction of what they do in the big cities.

AND probably the biggest plus about Tokoroa is that it doesn't and I repeat doesn't have a traffic problem that the big cities have.

    70 mins drive to Hamilton.
    65 mins drive to Tauranga.
    40 mins drive to Taupo.
    35 mins drive to Rotorua.

Haven't been to the mountains skiing yet but could get there in about 2 1/2 hours.

NOW try doing that from one of the big cities.

Maybe it is time for Tokoroa to be NZ's capital city?

    Like hell.
Don't want Helen Clark anywhere near the town.
She will be telling us when to use the toilet and how much water to use.
