Had a tenant last week text me saying he had scrubbed the flat before he had left and could he have his bond back. We checked and it was filthy. So I sent a brief reply "flat filthy"
This produced a number of more and more pleading texts saying how long they had spent on the place and so forth. Sound familiar eh
So I sent a one liner back.
"Cat shit on carpet"
back flashed the answer
"It was not shit it was mud from our boots"
