Is that the Doltone House in Darling Harbour? I couldn't follow the link that you had but am quite interested in reading more about this project as it is the first of its kind. A lot of thought has gone into the environmentally friendly design; even down to the smallest details of green menus which is great! The building has phenomenal views so it would be a great place to hold a function.
