Because of how our "Trust" bubble is set up, we have 1 property outside of it, our PPOR.
Simply an overall inquiry in any case, remarks on Blogs talk about possibly having the option to divide contracts assuming you have 2 properties (which to me is having various moneylenders)....

We are looking to purchase a home which has a legal home and income setup. The flat has one bedroom, is separate from the house and has its own access to the road so living in the main house you'd have great privacy.

If I were to rent out my house and move into a rental myself, would the bank require me to increase my deposit from 20% to 35%?
