Hi all industrial landlords, when looking for a new tenant do you use the services of a leasing agent, or do you prefer to advertise for and deal with propective tenants yourself? If an agent is the way to go, do you negotiate with them regarding their fee? -

Question for Leasing agents!
If someone brings you a tenant for a property but asks for a cut into the commission, is this legal?
Based on them withholding the tenants contacts till agreed upon and then of course only if the tenant signs the agreement to lease.
