7K to 25k depending on you time commitment and what you hope to achieve from the coaching.

Wrong question - it is not about how much you pay, but about how much (if that is your motivation) or what you get out of it that matters.

"If I took 12 months of PI coaching, learned well and applied the leasons learned, how could my life change.?"

If the genuine answer allows you to acheive your goals

"You could retire in three years and live the life of Riley forever" or
"You could quit your day job and go and work with orphans in Africa for 5 years"
etc.

With all the promises and best intentions offered. Are there any checks that can be done on a coaching company or references that can be obtained, other than asking the people offering the coaching.

Of course they would provide only happy customers to give references

Hi Hele, what area are you looking to specialise in? You need to choose a coach that has plenty of experience in that area.

Is it longterm buy and holds you want to develop? or trades? renovations? residential? commercial? lease options? wraps?...
