    Hi Dagford,

    Sorry I missed this for weeks. I never realised you could post questions to my profile!
    Sole trader for 1 rental, I would say $300 to $500 + GST, depending on the records provided
    LAQC I would say $900 to $1200 + GST, depending on the records provided. Plus an annual companies office return of $50 + GST.

    I saw a question you had answered on the forum and wanted to ask you a question directly as I see you are an accountant.
    How much does it typically cost in accountancy fees to run an LAQC? I am basically in the same situation as the guy in this thread. I am planning to buy my first house soon, and want to know whether to should buy it via a company or not.
