Hey Chris, this is some great advice, and re-inforces exactly what you said in your earlier posts some time ago now.
It was this post that was one of the very first posts that I read on this website Chris which gave me the confidence to start trading property fulltime also. I had a plan all in place to reach certain targets before taking the plunge (so to speak) and go fulltime and right at the last minute an unfortunate event on a deal saw me lose almost everything I had built up to reach my goal - with only about a month left before I was to go fulltime.
My inital thoughts were that I would have to stay working for longer, but I decided to still stick with my deadline date and leave my job anyway and just 'make it happen'. I think my 'WHY' factor was strong enough that in my mind there was no way anything else was going to happen, there was going to be no option but to make it work. And to be honest I havent looked back at all, its been fantastic, and was the BEST property decision I have ever made.
So Patrick, I think if you really do want to do property fulltime, then just do it. I havent been full-time for long so cant talk as highly as Chris, but once you establish that its something you really want to do, set a plan, stick to it and make it happen.
