    Hi Guys

    I am trying to build up a list of appropriate property web sites in one topic area. Hopefully this will save a lot of searching when one is doing some researching or refreshing the memory.
    I will add more as time goes on.
    They are in no particular order of importance.

            This is an awsome links, thanks muppet!

            I still can't find one of the site that shown median price in NZ for the last 10 years. I know they are exist because when I did some research into NZ last year I used it frequently. Some how I did not keep a record and I also clear the history.

            If anyone out there got a similar site, please let me if you could.

                  Can I suggest Your Investment Property - http://www.yipmag.com.au and Your mortgage - http://www.yourmortgage.com.au for the magazine section?

                  Also, there's a new site, http://www.yourmortgage.co.nz which is building up a comprehensive list of mortgage brokers for New Zealand (some listed already) and has calculators and loan comparisons specific for the NZ market.

                    You have hot property investments listed as Doug Woodyards site.
                    The url is different now and is owned by myself.
                    Terry Rota.

                    I'm not sure what Doug used to offer however I am developing the site currently, perhaps some ideas of what sort of things people might like on that site would be handy.

                        Hi Muppet.
                        Would you please add my new property website to your list. The website carries the same name as my user name. You will probably need to start a new category (perhaps called 'Commercial and Residential Rental Properties') because the site is New Zealand's only website that focuses solely on listings for commercial lease premises residential properties for rent. I cannot yet place a URL. Many thanks.
